Directions to Newport Landing

Take the 55 S. (Newport Fwy) which flows into Newport Blvd.
Cross over PCH onto the Balboa peninsula. Follow the peninsula two miles to the Balboa Ferry.
Turn Left at Palm St., left on Bay St. and right on Adams St.

Parking

There are public parking lots located behind the restaurant and within blocks, along with street parking meters that end at 6:00pm. Newport Landing has some spaces for “Guests Only” directly behind the restaurant at no cost for only 2 hours.
